Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MBBS Doctor role based in Bengaluru. The doctor will conduct outpatient consultations, perform thorough clinical examinations, review patient histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate evidence-based treatment plans. Responsibilities include providing preventive health assessments, counseling patients on lifestyle modification, and participating in health check programs and care pathways designed for early risk detection. The role involves documenting encounters accurately in electronic medical records, coordinating with allied health professionals, and referring patients to specialists when needed. The doctor will contribute to clinical protocols, participate in case discussions and continuous quality improvement initiatives, and support digital care services such as teleconsultations when required.

Qualifications
- Recognized MBBS degree from an accredited institution with valid registration from the Medical Council of India / relevant State Medical Council.
- 1–3 years of clinical experience in outpatient or primary care settings; experience in preventive or corporate health programs is an advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.
- Ability to provide preventive health counseling, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and comfort using digital tools for documentation and teleconsultation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic, gender-neutral, and non-judgmental approach to patient care.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with reliability in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training, case reviews, and clinical audits to support continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours if required by clinic operations.
